My newest sketch. Pretty happy with this one. Reminds me of Degas drawings of bathing women. Very impressionistic.
Another sketchbook doodle. Ran through it quickly trying to imitate the short time of life drawing with a photograph.
A “once-a-day” doodle I plan to have over the winter break. This is from a photo of a close friend of mine. It’s a quick sketch in charcoal on toned Kraft Paper.
My figure drawing final. While I feel as though I did a half decent job on it, I still can’t help but see some huge mistakes with it. All part of the journey, I suppose. I’m just glad I managed to get it to this level with the little time I had available.
Loving what art school has done for me. This is a 35 hour drawing. My instructor seemed to be pleased and impressed. it’s 18x24
